There will be no yoga nidra practice at the Timonium MAC on July 13 but Harbor East will be held at the regularly scheduled time (1 p.m.). Timonium MAC yoga nidra resumes the 2nd Sunday in August.

It looks like the breathe books yoga nidra practices are settling into a scheduling groove on the 4th sunday of the month. 5 pm upstairs in second wind at breathe books on the avenue in hampden.
Yoga Nidra practices are led by Sue Borchardt and offered by donation (thanks Susan!!)
Since breathe is not a yoga studio there are only a few props so bring along blankets, cushions, or other padding to make yourself comfortable on the floor. You might also want to dress in layers.
