Basic yoga nidra practice (smaller file size – faster download)

Finally! a new practice after a too-long silence here at contemplate this. This practice is led by Sue Borchardt and runs just over 30 minutes. If you’re not sure what yoga nidra is read this. At a minimum it helps to know this is a guided meditation best listened to while lying *very* comfortably on your back, preferably, not in a bed. You can make yourself comfortable on the floor by folding a blanket or two so they make an approximately 2×3 foot rectangle for under your torso. A pillow or folded blanket under your neck and under the knees also helps quite a bit.
